Dans cet article, nous vous expliquons comment recharger le Cartouche de toner Brother TN-2375<\/a>. Ces instructions s'appliquent \u00e9galement \u00e0 la recharge de la cartouche de toner Brother TN-2335.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Cette cartouche est une cartouche de d\u00e9marrage et n'a pas de drapeau de remise \u00e0 z\u00e9ro du compteur. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sur le c\u00f4t\u00e9 de la cartouche, d\u00e9vissez les trois vis indiqu\u00e9es par les fl\u00e8ches dans la photo ci-dessous. Retirez la partie du couvercle indiqu\u00e9e par la fl\u00e8che. Retirez ensuite la partie du couvercle indiqu\u00e9e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Retirer les cinq engrenages indiqu\u00e9s par les fl\u00e8ches sur la photo ci-dessous.<\/p>\n\n\n

01 Recharge de la cartouche de toner Brother TN 2375<\/figcaption><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n

Retirez la rondelle d'arr\u00eat indiqu\u00e9e par la fl\u00e8che. Pour ce faire, vous devez la saisir avec un objet pointu et la retirer de l'axe. Retirez le couvercle en plastique noir indiqu\u00e9 par la fl\u00e8che dans la 2e photo de la galerie ci-dessous. Il est fix\u00e9 par des loquets.<\/p>\n\n\n

Retirez le rouleau de d\u00e9veloppement lui-m\u00eame. Lorsque vous retirez le rouleau d\u00e9veloppeur, tenez la cartouche verticalement afin que le toner ne s'\u00e9coule pas sous le rouleau d\u00e9veloppeur. Nettoyez le rouleau de d\u00e9veloppement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Dans ce cas, le rouleau d\u00e9veloppeur est propre car la cartouche est \u00e0 passage unique. Mais avec le temps, des bandes se forment sur le rouleau d\u00e9veloppeur, soit \u00e0 cause de l'usure naturelle, soit \u00e0 cause d'un toner de mauvaise qualit\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n

Dans ce cas, nettoyez le rouleau d\u00e9veloppeur et la racle avec le nettoyant pour imprimante Inkmaster.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

D\u00e9visser les deux vis indiqu\u00e9es par les fl\u00e8ches. Pousser la racle \u00e0 gauche et \u00e0 droite. Retirer la racle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Lors du retrait de la racle, veillez \u00e0 ne pas perdre le joint indiqu\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

En principe, il n'est pas recommand\u00e9 d'enlever la lame de dosage de cette cartouche, car celle-ci peut \u00eatre nettoy\u00e9e simplement \u00e0 l'aide d'un coton-tige.<\/p>\n\n\n

04 Recharge de la cartouche de toner Brother TN 2375<\/figcaption><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n

Passez un coton-tige sur le bord de la lame de dosage, comme indiqu\u00e9. Au cours de cette op\u00e9ration, vous sentirez le toner coll\u00e9 au bord de la lame. Nous nettoyons le bord du toner coll\u00e9 \u00e0 l'aide d'un coton-tige.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Nettoyer le toner restant. Installer le rouleau de d\u00e9veloppement \u00e0 l'arri\u00e8re. Installer le verrou. Installer la rondelle de blocage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Installer les engrenages, remettre le couvercle en place et serrer la vis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Tirez sur le bouchon situ\u00e9 sur le c\u00f4t\u00e9 et retirez-le.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Le Cartouche de toner Brother<\/a>qui a une capacit\u00e9 de 2600 pages, est remplie de 90 grammes de toner, et l'imprimante de l Fr\u00e8re TN<\/a>La cartouche -2335 est remplie de 50 grammes de toner et a une capacit\u00e9 de 1200 pages.
Pour calculer la quantit\u00e9 de toner \u00e0 remplir, nous pesons le tube de toner avant de le remplir et nous le remplissons en plusieurs fois, en pesant \u00e0 chaque fois le tube de toner jusqu'\u00e0 ce qu'il devienne plus l\u00e9ger du nombre de grammes requis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Apr\u00e8s le remplissage, \u00e9liminez les particules de toner r\u00e9pandues sur la surface de la cartouche \u00e0 l'aide d'un aspirateur de service. Fermez le couvercle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
