In questo articolo vi spiegheremo come ricaricare il Cartuccia toner Brother TN-2375<\/a>. Queste istruzioni sono utili anche per la ricarica della cartuccia di toner Brother TN-2335.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Questa cartuccia \u00e8 una cartuccia di avviamento e non dispone di un flag di azzeramento del contatore. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sul lato della cartuccia, svitare le tre viti indicate dalle frecce nella foto sottostante. Rimuovere la parte del coperchio indicata dalla freccia. Quindi rimuovere la parte del coperchio indicata.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Rimuovere i cinque ingranaggi indicati dalle frecce nella foto sottostante.<\/p>\n\n\n

Rimuovere la rondella di sicurezza indicata dalla freccia. Per farlo, \u00e8 necessario prenderla con un oggetto appuntito ed estrarla dall'asse. Rimuovere il coperchio di plastica nero indicato dalla freccia nella seconda foto della galleria sottostante. \u00c8 fissata con dei fermi.<\/p>\n\n\n

Rimuovere il rullo sviluppatore. Quando si rimuove il rullo sviluppatore, tenere la cartuccia in verticale in modo che il toner non fuoriesca da sotto il rullo stesso. Pulire il rullo sviluppatore.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In questo caso, il rullo sviluppatore \u00e8 pulito perch\u00e9 la cartuccia \u00e8 a passaggio singolo. Tuttavia, con il passare del tempo, si formano strisce sul rullo sviluppatore a causa dell'usura naturale o del toner di bassa qualit\u00e0.<\/p>\n\n\n

In tal caso, pulire il rullo sviluppatore e la racla con il detergente per stampanti Inkmaster.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Svitare le due viti indicate dalle frecce. Fare leva sulla racla a sinistra e a destra. Rimuovere la racla.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Quando si rimuove la racla, fare attenzione a non perdere la guarnizione indicata.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In linea di principio, non consigliamo di rimuovere la lama dosatrice di questa cartuccia, perch\u00e9 in questo caso la lama dosatrice pu\u00f2 essere pulita semplicemente con un bastoncino di cotone.<\/p>\n\n\n

Il Cartuccia toner Brother<\/a>che ha una risorsa di 2600 pagine, \u00e8 riempito con 90 grammi di toner, mentre il Fratello TN<\/a>-La cartuccia 2335 \u00e8 riempita con 50 grammi di toner e ha una risorsa di 1200 pagine.
Per calcolare la quantit\u00e0 di toner da riempire, pesiamo la provetta di toner prima del riempimento e la riempiamo in pi\u00f9 parti, pesando ogni volta la provetta di toner finch\u00e9 non diventa pi\u00f9 leggera del numero di grammi richiesto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Dopo il riempimento, rimuovere le particelle di toner fuoriuscite dalla superficie della cartuccia utilizzando un aspirapolvere di servizio. Chiudere il coperchio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
