In late October, a client from Bangladesh came across our advertisement while on a business trip in China. Although they already had existing suppliers, our products caught their attention, and they were open to exploring a new collaboration.
Initially, the client inquired about copier toner kit for Kyocera and toner cartridge for Brother. During the discussion, our team even personally delivered Kyocera samples to the client’s office in Guangzhou to demonstrate product quality and reliability. After thoughtful consideration and review, however, the client decided to proceed with testing the HP CF276A (76A) model as a trial order. Given HP’s wide global recognition and reliable performance, they felt it would serve as a strong representative sample for evaluation.
Through consistent communication and support, we finalized the contract successfully in early December. This experience highlights how flexibility, attentive service, and trusted product offerings can build confidence—even with clients who begin with established supplier relationships.
