After several warm invitations, we were finally delighted to welcome a very important customer to our company today—a remarkable businesswoman from Zambia.
Our story began back in 2023 when she sent us an inquiry via Alibaba. As it was our first potential cooperation, she was initially a little cautious about working with us—understandably so. She started with a small trial order to test our toner cartridge. When she received the goods, her response was immediate and positive: she was genuinely satisfied with the quality of our toner cartridges.
That small order became the foundation of a strong and lasting partnership. Once mutual trust was established, we embarked on a three-year cooperation journey. This experience truly reminded us that trust plays a vital role in business—it is the bridge that turns first-time buyers into long-term partners.
Beyond business, this sister’s personal story has deeply inspired us. She runs her toner cartridge business entirely on her own in Zambia, which is no small feat—especially for a woman in a competitive industry. Her courage, resilience, and determination have earned our utmost respect.
In fact, this was not our first face-to-face meeting. Last year, during our visit to Zambia, we made a special trip to see her and visited her local shop. She and her family welcomed us with incredible warmth and hospitality. This time, it was our turn to express our gratitude and respect.
