Introduction
Toner Master was honored to participate in RT VIP Imaging Expo- MEA 2025, an international consumables exhibition organized by RTMworld, which ended on April 21, 2025 in the beautiful city of Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Thanks to the organizer for giving us such a platform for communication and let us take this opportunity to experience the local customs of Saudi Arabia.
Preparation and Setup
From 12:00 to 2:00 p.m. on April 21st, Holiday Inn Riyadh Al Qasr, located in the center of Riyadh, started to become lively with the exhibitors entering the venue in an orderly manner. We also successfully completed the setup of our booth. The color of Toner Master, blue, is the main color of the our booth at the exhibition, highlighting the calmness, professionalism and reliability of our group.

At the exhibition, there were not only local exhibitors from Saudi Arabia, but also a variety of merchants from all over the world, including Africa, Asia, Latin America and other regions. We showcased our hot-selling toner cartridges models and the latest toner cartridge models in our booth No. 111 at the exhibition, consolidated existing relationships, and tapped into a large number of potential customers, laying a solid foundation for expanding into new markets in the future.
Despite the tight schedule of the exhibition, like all the exhibitors, we did our best to complete the task successfully, and had in-depth interaction and communication with the exhibitors on the current toner cartridge market centered in Saudi Arabia and radiating to the neighboring countries, and discussed the problems and solutions of the toner cartridge industry, which made the trip worthwhile.
Toner Market Visit in Riyadh
After the exhibition, we didn’t stop here, but ran to the local market for an in-depth visit without stopping. Before our trip to Saudi Arabia, we have already made an deep learning of the local market, and have made sufficient preparation and effective route planning for this visit.
In just two days, we visited the large and small toner cartridge markets in Saudi Arabia, had a short point-to-point communication with potential store owners, and successfully determined the preliminary cooperation plan with some buyers.
Snatch a Little Leisure from a Busy Work
Furthermore, We didn’t forget to combine work and rest at the same time.
In the time between work, we also visited some local attractions, witnessed the majestic ruins of the first king of Saudi Arabia in the ancient city of Diriyah, experienced the flavors of the world in BLVD world, visited the replicas of attractions around the world, learned about the history and culture of Saudi Arabia in the National Museum of Saudi Arabia, and captured the trendiest moment at the landmark building of Riyadh, Kingdom Center.
Off course, how could we miss to taste the local specialties , like the lamb and rice, the camel and rice and the Saudi coffee, experiencing the local customs and integrating into the local life habits?
