On March 23rd, we had the pleasure of welcoming two distinguished clients from Burkina Faso to our company. Their journey to China began just a short time after when they came across our Facebook ad and reached out to us. As first-time visitors to China, their schedule was tight due to visa constraints, which meant their time with us was brief—but it was certainly meaningful.

Though our face-to-face interaction was limited, it provided just enough opportunity for us to give our visitors a solid understanding of who we are and what we stand for. Like many clients who are considering a new partnership for the first time, their initial concerns centered on two key areas: the authenticity of a new supplier and, closely tied to that, the assurance of product quality. At the heart of both, we found, lies the question of trust.
